Hosting their 24th adoption education conference at Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois, on Saturday March 9th, 2019. The conference, “Parenting Through Adoption 2019,” will offer workshops for prospective adoptive & foster parents, those already parenting through adoption, and adoption professionals.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Hundreds of pre-adoptive and experienced parents from the Chicago area and beyond will attend the conference to learn more about adoption and parenting topics. Attendees will hear from local and national experts in the field of adoption and social work. Additionally, we will have vendors at the event to showcase their products and services. This is THE premier adoption conference in Chicago.

In addition to speakers throughout the day, they are also welcoming Ashley Mitchell as 2019’s Keynote Speaker. Ashley Mitchell, owner of Lifetime Healing, set out to seek increased care, understanding, and resources for birth mothers.  For almost a decade, Ashley has been one of the most consistent and sought after birth mother voices in the nation.  Well known for her vulnerability and transparency in adoption, her story has touched the hearts of countless members of the adoption community and beyond.
